About Us

Pawel Sztobryn

CEO / Founder

He is the creator of this website and the Facebook group of the same name founded in 2016, and since March 6, 2024, he is also the founder and president of the not-for-profit organization called: eKanada Newcomers Assistance. It all started with a vacation in Canada in 2007, then to IEC WH in 2010 and IEC YP in 2011, to Permanent Resident in 2015. He has helped hundreds of people both decide on the best immigration path and settle in Canada. The soul of Winnipeg, an unrivaled organizer and creator, and privately a husband, father of two boys and an IT specialist.

Justyna Dzioch

Immigration consultant

Justyna is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and holds a degree in Immigration Law from the University of British Columbia. Justyna also holds a master’s degree from the Poznań University of Economics. From her own experience, she realized how overwhelming and stressful the immigration process can be. While Justyna was looking for options to extend her stay after the International Experience Canada program, she noticed that there was a market need for honest and competent consultants. Based on this, she decided to become one of them herself.

Her personal experiences give her clients the feeling that Justyna knows exactly what it is like to be in their shoes. Justyna helps make dreams come true and navigates clients through the very complex immigration process. Her passion for people and empathy make the whole process not seem so overwhelming. Justyna speaks Polish and English fluently.

Malwina Wierzbinska

Career counselor

Malwina is an HR Director with over 10 years of experience and a career coach. Since 2020, she has been a mentor at the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council, helping newcomers find employment. As a former participant of the International Experience Canada program, she is well aware of how difficult it is in the first months, and sometimes even years, after arriving in Canada. Malwina speaks Polish and English fluently.

Agnes Balcerzak

Certified Financial Planner

Agnes came to Canada in 2002. She has earned many prestigious titles in the field of finance and understands the challenges faced by new immigrants to Canada. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with twenty years of experience, Agnieszka offers comprehensive financial services, meeting international standards of education, professional experience, and ethics.
